Anmerkungen zu Hirschkäfern Asiens und Beschreibung von zwei neuen Arten (Coleoptera, Lucanidae).
Ein neuer Fund von Lucanus (Pseudolucanus) busignyi in der Türkei.
Eine neue Art der Gattung Neolucanus Thomson, 1862 von China (Guizhou) und der Gattung Nigidius Mac Leay, 1819 werden beschrieben. Die Typusexemplare von Neolucanus guizhoui spec. nov. und von Nigidius sinicus spec. nov. werden abgebildet und mit den verwandten Arten verglichen. Weiterhin werden einige andere seltene Lucanidae abgebildet und das Weibchen von Neolucanus delicatus Didier, 1927 wird beschrieben und erstmals abgebildet.
Lucanus (Pseudolucanus) busignyi (Planet, 1909) wurde kürzlich in einem Berggebiet der Türkei wiederentdeckt. Fotos der seltenen Art werden hier erstmalig im Vergleich zu Lucanus (Pseudolucanus) ibericus Motschulsky, 1845, Lucanus (Pseudolucanus) macrophyllus Kraatz, 1860 und Lucanus (Lucanus) laticornis Deyrolle, 1864 abgebildet. Die systematische Einordnung der Art wird diskutiert und ein Bestimmungsschlüssel gegeben.

Notes on the Stag beetles of Asia and description of two new taxa (Coleoptera, Lucanidae).
A new discovery of Lucanus (Pseudolucanus) busignyi in Turkey.
A new species of the genus Neolucanus Thomson, 1862 from China (Guizhou) and of the genus Nigidius Mac Leay, 1819 are described. The holotypes of Neolucanus guizhoui spec. nov. and Nigidius sinicus spec. nov. are pictured and compared with the related species. Furthermore some other rare Lucanidae are shown and the female of Neolucanus delicatus Didier, 1927 is described and pictured first time.
Lucanus (Pseudolucanus) busignyi (Planet, 1909) has been rediscovered recently in a mountainous area of Turkey. Photos of the rare species are figured here for the first time in comparison with Lucanus (Pseudolucanus) ibericus Motschulsky, 1845, Lucanus (Pseudolucanus) macrophyllus Kraatz, 1860 and Lucanus (Lucanus) laticornis Deyrolle, 1864. The systematic rank of the species is discussed and a key for determination is given.
